Evaluator Workshop (IHM or Virtual)- November 20, 2026

Thank you for your interest in joining NIEMT as an evaluator.

Once you register for a workshop, you will receive an email containing important paperwork that must be completed and returned before we can provide your Zoom link for the virtual session.

Individuals who complete the required paperwork, attend the workshop, and meet NIEMT’s evaluation standards will be eligible for consideration to work with us.

This role is a contracted PRN position, which allows you to indicate your availability prior to scheduling. Please note that hours are not guaranteed. You will serve as a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee of NIEMT. A W-9 form will be required, and you will receive a 1099 at year-end for tax purposes.

Evaluators are expected to maintain professionalism at all times—arriving on time, prepared, and dressed according to NIEMT’s dress code. Ethical and professional conduct, consistent with the standards of the Missouri Bureau of EMS and the NREMT, is essential.

For your first exam, you will be paired with a NIEMT trainer to provide hands-on guidance, help you become familiar with the testing environment, and ensure that this role is a good fit for both you and the organization.
